Hello, my name is Sunny and I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to visit our site. It is said that life is full of defining moments. I believe this to be true and following a series of significant events in my life, from caring for a loved one following a terrible accident that left him paralyzed and seeing the shocking way he was sometimes treated by those in the healthcare profession to owning an accredited adult care home after seeing too often such deplorable conditions and treatment of those who could not care for themselves to personally being diagnosed with and undergoing my own battle with colon cancer at the age of 36!

I began searching for the lesson in it all. What I had originally planned for in my life was now altered dramatically when life itself intervened and I found my purpose! I realized how many changes needed to be made and that the focus needed to be highlighted where it should have been all along, on the person and their wants, needs, and desires! The goal should always be about enhancing the quality of life for someone, rather then just the collection of money!

The pains of suffering illness and growing old are inevitable certainties, we all know this to be true, but it should not have to be experienced with loss of dignity or the draining of your wallet!
